Refund policy

Thank you for visiting Cheeky Bull Scrubs. It is of our utmost concern that you love your order. 

Scrub Shirts can be returned for either an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 10 days of your order being delivered. You can contact us at cheekybullscrubs@gmail.com.

All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. The address will be sent once return is lodged via email. To be eligible, the Scrub Shirt must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, scrub caps, scrunchies, and examination torches can only be returned if faulty or damaged. Please note that the examination torches, the light mechanism can be easily compromised when stored on a badge reel. The torches do not come with warranty. If the torch is not working when you receive it, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. 

Refunds are available for any damaged or faulty products, including scrub shirts. Please contact us if this is the case. You can always contact us for any return question at cheekybullscrubs@gmail.com.
